ALBERT WINE-STEIN
Credit goes to Mr. Albert Wine-Stein and his theory of why the human tongue turns reddish-purple. Similar to his analysis on wicking, capillary action allows paper towels to soak up spilled red wine from your white carpet, minutes before your spouse comes home. It is this very same phenomenon that colors our tongue a bright reddish-purple, despite Mr. Gravity's urge to pull the wine downward. You can find Al in our PINOT ENVY collection. Cheers!
